Lazy attitude. They don't even recieve call just because after taking call they have to work. Irresposible and non professional staff. Please complaint about this brach on HBL helpline.

Very very derogatory attitude of staff. Our ATM got stuck at their machine in mayo hospital lahore and they didn't bother to get our ATM out of machine. Instead treated us in a very humiliating way. Asked us to go to our parent branch which was out of lahore in a far fetched city. The staff considers them as the supreme lords. This is not the right attitude
