I closed my account here a few days ago. The staff is the most incompetent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a bank. My salary was being deposited in my account with them for nearly a decade and yet the bank refused to issue a credit card to me despite a bank representative visiting my house and workplace. Over numerous visits and calls to branch staff over a period of one month, not once was I given a proper and clear answer to my queries. Another bank issued a credit card to me only six months after my opening an account with them. I have personally witnessed branch staff using peons to buy groceries for their domestic use: their interest in their work can easily be imagined. Avoid like the plague. Also, do not ask staff here to buy/sell foreign currency for you. In fact, never ask any bank staff to buy/sell your foreign currency. They take out their commissions without your knowledge.
Slow service and discourteous staff. I had to deal with the rudeness of the cashier while I was trying to make a payment. The cashier also discussing a new job prospect (about a collection job) with someone while I was waiting for my turn.
