Shame shame shame ?Here is the thing, when I send money to my wife through Remitly app the bank alway uses delaying tactics to pay out. Even though after 5 days .The Remitly app says ,that the money is ready to be picked up ,but the bank still tells you to come back the next day. The employees are lazy or what . It’s not easy for a woman to go to the bank with infant child,and the bank lies to them . This happened in Peshawar Hayatabad MCB Branch. The branch also tolled my wife to fill up the form they are so lazy to do their job . My wife went to bankAlhabib after she left MCB ,and they have money right away . I don’t understand way there is double standard one bank has money and the other doesn’t what a shame shame shame
I am living in US .I send some money to my son who is on vacation in Pakistan Kohat on urgent service which was available in 30 second from the service provider name Rimetly on December 29 th 2021 My son went there on 30 th December and was told that money is not there in a traditional Pakistani way because he was busy . I trust the provider and I have proof for that. On December 31st my son again went there waiting in a long line reached to the counter and money was provided , I spoke to the manager there about the reason of the delay but he was covering up his colleague . The bank broke my pride as a Pakistani and trust on the advanment of technology of the country , highly disappointed and have the right to recommend it to the international agency for blacklisting unless they make me satisfy and keep update there staff for customer service as well as there technology Jamal
