Habib Bank Limited (HBL), COMSATS University, lahore Campus is located very close to the university main gate, just near the COMSATS security post. It opens every except Saturday and Sundays. On Friday, however, the bank observes a temporary closure from 1:00 to 2:30 pm for Jummat prayer. The staff are professionally efficient and hardworking, they resolve issues within the shortest possible time.

Service is hopeless in COVID19 situation. The staff hardly serves 10 customer in an hour. It is my today’s experience. I would suggest people to use other branches or banks if possible. I arrived outside branch at 2 pm and there were only 7 people ahead in q. I entered in branch at 3 pm but still there were 7 people in q inside the branch. I am totally disappointed. Staff is so lazy. They don’t feel the pain of the people waiting in very hot weather outside the branch. Security staff is very friendly. Their behaviour is excellent as compared to branch staff.
Today we have faced very difficulty, first we wait for our turn then light goes and there back up generator was not working then we wait for light an half hour in very hot weather and bad condition, anyone was very angry about bank responsibility and arrangements....
There is unprofessional staff even Manager, they don't know how to behave with people and they not have ethics but security staff is good.
