Located just adjacent to Bank Alfalah Islamic at main Chowk called Talwar Chowk in Bahria Town Lahore. Staff is professional and helpful. Inside space looks congested. Allied bank is the only bank which accepts USA ?? visa application fees so this branch also accepts USA visa fees. They also accept electricity & maintenance bills if Bahria Town Lahore. Good experience & highly recommended.

Slow ?. Poor coordination. Poor information system. They should have a staff at the main reception who sorts where a custimer should go and what is required. I stood at a teller as 3rd in line for 30 minutes only to be told that cash deposit is at the other counter. As I stood ready to deposit, the cashier accepted deposit from someone NOT in line. What is this? Nuun League Council Headquarter? Okay, to make the deposit in Lahore, for a friend with ABL account in Islamabad, the branch will charge deposit fees. They just lost 2 lac deposit because they asked for 400 ruppees extra. 3rd class service. I will give the person the money by hand. 1. No one to direct customers to the right counter. 2. No one to sort information, requirements, fees with customer before sending customer to teller lines. 3. Why breech the queue, why don't you have a separate cashier for presidents and prime ministers. Bitter experience. Poor information, poor teller assignment process. Manager is NOT doing a good job. Terrible service. He should personally sort visiting clients and customers if he can not arrange or assign a staff to this duty. This bank lost a 2 lakh deposit just to a 400 ruppees unexplainable fees. It's not my loss, it is the bank's loss. Poor service gets poor response. Plus I will NEVER bank with ABL after this experience. Imagine the effect of a substandard customer experience. Customer should be prepared to waste time in this branch ... And leave without service or with improper service despite being in line for hours.

It has been more than 3 months but still waiting for my ATM and worst customer service i ever had. I visited branch almost 20 times and always made a new and different lame excuses . And finally today i have to close my account. Moreover they have no sufficient staff to deal the customers promptly and ultimately you are going to stuck in long ques always. Staff behavior is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you wanna save your time and energy always avoid to go there.
