Nowadays it is very difficult to reach them due to construction. My account is blocked and i cant call them on the number given and even helpline is not working properly. They are hanging between the sky and the earth and told me to come through iron stairs.
I have been there many times but whenever I went there I felt humiliated the way they behave and are extremely non cooperative... The feel the customer a burden and are unwilling to accommodate. They always ask you to come later tomorrow or any other day.... Sometimes their system is not working while all the other branches are operating fine. And for the account opening they have a lotttttt of excuses.... In short, They are not true bankers.... I suggest u to travel a little more and go to Bahria Town Branch if u wish to avail any service flawlessly.
