Terrible customer service. Always very busy but always short of staff. This bank operates like a government office and bank is not providing service like a business, they are doing a big favor to the customer. There is a lot of improvement required. I understand that the reason behind is that every thing is controlled through Karachi head office. Branch Managers are helpless to implement any small improvement. Not very happy customer.
I wish there was a negative rating. The most pathetic bank branch there can be. ATM is almost never working, either too slow processing, or out of order. And they dont bother. Its like an idea that there is no bank in the same vicinity and people will have to go to Talwar chowk for the closest bank so let it be.
