The bank is located right next to an exit of the metro station. It is very easy to access the ATM service while there are three machines to handle the basic cash withdrawal and deposit 24/7. Surprisingly it is also equipped with coin payment machines for people to pay the bills.

I went to handle some business around noon today. From the moment I entered, the receptionist was very kind, asking what kind of business I needed and then informing the teller. The teller at the other counter was also very patient and detailed in helping me, even setting up some desired functions in the online banking app. Then, when I needed to transfer money, the receptionist at the entrance again informed the teller at the remittance/deposit counter. The entire process was seamless, without making me wait. Even the teller at the remittance counter was very patient and friendly. I'm truly grateful for their patient service. These three people deserve a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to open an account today. Although I didn't get an appointment, the line wasn't too long. The lady at counter 8 was very professional, checked my information carefully, and was very friendly. 👍 This was the best experience I've had with Cathay United Bank!
