Good service. No English though. Exchanged usd for ntd. Rate was good (33.42)… they took a 100ntd fee. Clean restroom.
Compared to other branches, this one is truly amazing! Although they don't have many counters, their efficiency is incredibly high! Especially counter number 2 – the service is friendly, with smiles, clear explanations, and professionalism! Seeing their patience and assistance with the trainers, and how they didn't inconvenience customers at all, I genuinely think they are incredibly skilled and professional.
The bank staff were incredibly slow. There were over 10 people waiting, but only two counters were open. Previously, the manager would coordinate and arrange for a counter on the second floor to be opened, but after a new supervisor, it was just an endless wait.
