A bit of long wait but supervisor did all in her power to help and do what's right.

Isn't the security guard here going too far? Helping to resolve issues is fine, but how come when I turned around to leave, I saw him yelling at the bank staff? Is this workplace bullying? And the key point is, no one intervened? This is a front office, yet it's so blatantly blatant workplace bullying!

This bank's staff lacks professionalism. When I needed to apply for a new account, they calculated the fees separately. They could have simply closed the account and reopened it, saving the customer money, but the wait was incredibly long. They kept telling me to use the app and ATMs, but I don't even have a debit card anymore! How am I supposed to use an ATM?

Every time I go to this Cathay United Bank branch, regardless of whether there are other customers, I have to wait a long time. The staff just won't let me press the next number, and then another staff member will say that everything can be done on my phone now… Thinking about it, it makes sense; this way, the counter staff can get rid of some of the irresponsible ones! I was hoping for some improvement, so I didn't leave a negative review, but I've reached my limit!

I was initially very angry, but the supervisor and Mr. Xiao, the staff member in charge, were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly, which made me like Guotai United Bank even more. Thank you!
