Today I have visited this branch and found the same worst services as they are prevailing in most of their branches. I strongly suggest everyone don't do any business with Bank Islami.
Bank Islami block L branch had always okay experience as every time I visited there get OK response. Every one is so much busy that they can't care who enters in the branch whats going around them. Even there is Customer rep. Nearby door but couldn't get the energetic customer services responce. Energy is too low and tired staff was sitting.treating like we are unwanted guests to them. BI team need to change this mindset
Very pathetic service, extremely useless telephone banking. My father had his bio metrics done but received a message of account on hold. When he called call centre they were in extreme hurry and twice disconnected the line without any proper response. And this is Islamic bank, afsoos hay
Very very bad 12 years old experience with bankislami. ATM cards not relaible because of system busy issues and more problems in customer services
They don't have cash. It's second day.
