Worse Bank ever. Please do not open any account. Employees are irresponsible and always using their phones in between of a discussion. One of the employee also took my 500rs to open account and when i checked my balance was 0 and asked the manager and next day they transferred 500rs. I am a banker myself and tell you confidently level of service is below par. Staff they hire are from third class places like liyari, lalo khet etc...
Some of the staff is uncoperative, if there system isn't working they don't give any alternative.Just tell you to go to other branch. Have a lot of issues with them. It also takes a long time for system to operate. On the whole the whole bank isn't user friendly at all or perhaps banking works this way in Pakistan.
3rd class service, their is VIP cluture, giving importance to thise who are coming with references. Even cash to give you.
