Askari Bank is one of the premier banks of the country with a vision “To be the Bank of First Choice in the Region”. The bank is part of Fauji Foundation Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in Pakistan. The bank commenced its operations in 1992 and has since expanded its branch network to over 530 Conventional and Islamic branches, alongwith a Wholesale Bank Branch in Bahrain and a representative office in Beijing, China. Maintaining a progressive approach, the bank aims to provide opportunities for potential candidates who aspire to build a successful career.
Your helpline service is pathetic. Call center agents require a lot of training. They do not listen queries completely. We have to wait at least 10 minutes until we are connected to an agent. It seems their call center personnel are so frustrated and tensed that they don't have the capacity to listen. I do not recommend your banking service to anyone. I am sorry to say that you need to educate and train your staff as well as improve your IT infrastructure if you want to compete with other banking services. Really disappointed.
Askari Bank is better than other rival banks in terms of services. Free online payment/deposits no charges.
Operational Manager Mian Tariq is the only person in the bank who is cooperative enough. Otherwise whole staff is pathetic and service is worst.
Good servives but plz do not go at friday from 1 -2:30
