I had to have my card renewed, and the Guru Mangat Road branch asked me to call customer service and have my card blocked before they could process a new card. After having my card completely blocked and me losing access to my account, the branch claims they cannot find the account at all in the system. What happens to my money in that account? Who is accountable for this theft from the bank?
Totally Non-professional behavior of staff, I must say that please close banking system here and start call center as there employees are on calls every time you visit this branch, I open my account here its almost a month and I'm not getting my ATM card and the worst think is that after getting letter of think you have to come again to your branch and have to apply for ATM card and there Non-professional staff is saying to don't close your account here as you don't know how difficult is to open new account.
The Guard at the ATM machine is so rude and he was literally trying to threat me ? know why? he was asking me to keep the door of the ATM open while I withdraw my money ? what nonsense is that? he literally came to me into the ATM room and forced to open the door again while i closed it. I have never experienced such behavior in my entire life . also he was bluntly saying i have permission from the boss (probably branch manager )not to let anyone make transaction unless they keep the door open. I have made complain to the head office let's see .
I work in STC nearby as a office boy,I went to this branch several times to open my bank Account along with all required documents , the cashier denied to open account because my signature wasn't matching I practiced a lot went a few days later but still they wouldn't open my account because of my appearance I guess. They are judging me based on my appearance and ethnicity. I work with muslims never felt that way untill I visited this branch.
They have all banking facilities available in this branch. ATM is also operational round the clock.
