Very poor customers service no any cooperate to the customers just for bank statement 30 minutes waiting time?
Terrible management. Ques are always long. Out of 4 counters only 2 are usually operating and out of 2 only one is usually doing something. Staff is Unprofessional as well. Bring your tent and food supplies along for atleast 3 days if coming here.
This branch of HBL is the most slowest in terms of customer service there are only three counters and all of them are always gossiping with each other and they prefers thier known ones first and then the HBL customers fo God sake update your branch and workers please
Rude and batameez security guards all time ATM is out of order. Pathetic service.
