PATHETIC services, BAD & SLOW systems, if there's an option BELOW one star i will choose that one then. I've completed my Account closure process but didn't get a written or computerized receipt. And they asked me "There's no receipt for account closure" I've No words to describe more experience with this bank
Closes before Time... thoo inpay
UBL has unnecessary lengthy forms for depositing money for different UBL branch accounts. A customer has to give repeated details requirements on their forms. Their transaction receipts have almost invisible details which cannot be read properly. Staff is not much helpful. The UBL banking system is poor.
Extremelly arrogant and pathetic staff!!!! Im here while the staff is smoking cegerates out side only 1 counter is active and people are waiting in queue
Staff member zarka is very unprofessional and rude she needs to learn to talk to her clients this is by far the most pathetic branch of UBL
