Worst customer service ever! The staff is unhelpful and uncooperative; they'll provide you inaccurate information about their services most of the time, ending up in making you confused and frustrated instead of providing simplified solutions to ease the customers. The fact that they will make you visit their branch in order to even get petty matters done instead of helping out by providing useful solutions on the phone call is excruciating. Furthermore, there is a massive conflict in the information provided by helpline operators as compared to the staff of this branch.

Worst customer services. No alternative person if the related person is not on seat. Objections on not matter things. Not recommended to use it.

Contact address is not correct also they are actually closed on Saturday but showing open on map. Wasted my time

یہ اچھا بینک نہیں ہے اس کی سروس بہت بری ہے میرے اے ٹی ایم میں پیسے نہیں نکلے اور جب میں اپنی درخواست ہلپ لاءن کی تو وہ سب جھوٹ پے جھو ٹ بول رہے ہیں 8جون کو درخواست کی تھی پیسے واپسی کی لیکن آج 7 دن سے زیادہ ہو گءےکوءی واپسی نہیں ہوئ نیشنل بینک والے اس بینک پر ڈال رہے ہیں اور یہ بینک پر ڈال رہے ہیں میں 9 دن سے ذلیل ہو رہا ہوں
