Qualified staff all parson a good man
Employees behaviour rude. Not very helpful in even petty procedures
Such a bad experience.staff was as rude and casual as street wandering boys. Totally non cooperative and discourteous.instead of doing biometric they asked me to go to native branch. When i called my branch and asked the manager to request them then they did biometric. Imagine if i could not do that, they just refused me to do their job.
Slow service and lack of knowledge in the employees.
