Feels like different compared to other banks. Quite & good service.
I was there. This morning with my mother, who has been their customer for almost 40 years, and I was very happy that Roberto Marconi, who has always worked there, handled our case... He has always been kind and friendly and always solves any problem. However, we had only gone to get some bank statements and asked if we could get a small loan. Yes, he was immediately efficient and when we left the bank we already had the money in our account, thanks to him and the very kind manager.
Celeste Depaolis is a truly special person for her kindness, helpfulness, and above all, her super professionalism in her work.
Due to the pandemic, the cash registers are closed, but you still have access to the express checkout. Simply wait your turn and you can use this service with the assistance of bank staff. I must say that during this time of year, I've had to make bank transfers and deposits several times and have always found them helpful and kind.
Ignorant and racist staff.
I went there as I work nearby but was denied the account because I am not fluent in italian. I dont understand what kind of logic is that. I know english and german which is more than enough to survive in the world. I am also taking italian classes and have just started speaking a little bit.
Worst thing is not even this. The staff was so rude and when he saw I have a debit card with another bank had the audacity to ask why u want another one. What will you do. There is definitely no miscommunication as I took the native speaker who was born in Italy with me.
They just didnt want me to be their customer because of my race I guess.
Shame on people with such small minds. Even the dirrectore did nothing but claimed that my staff is not rude. Like do I enjoy complaining and crying in the morning at 8.20?
I never had these experiences with any other bank here.
Wish the world was a better place.
Wish I could give 0 stars.
My first contact with this bank leaves much to be desired. After standing in line early in the morning in the cold, they opened 10 minutes late, not even apologizing. When it was my turn, they told me I couldn't get in without an appointment. They gave me a toll-free number to make this appointment, but the voice said the service was suspended and I should call back later. If you call later, of course, the service doesn't change. I've tried many times to call the branch's direct number to at least speak to someone, but needless to say, it always rings unanswered.
I've been trying to call the number for hours; it rings freely, then a few rings, and the call is disconnected. After countless attempts, I finally get an answer from an operator, the rudest and most unkind person I've encountered in years. Insane. I'd have some comments, but I'd rather not. I'm disgusted.
I needed to make a cash transaction and couldn't use the ATM. I arrived at 3:00 PM and took the number, hoping to wait a short time because the branch was crowded. Immediately afterward, all the counters closed except one, and about six advisors began to wander around the branch, chatting about their own business because "they can't handle cash transactions." When it was finally my turn, "the machine can no longer accept deposits" because it was too late. I was kicked out. Thank you for your courtesy and service, Unicredit.
One star is too much for them. Staffs are rude. When they see you are a foreigner everything gonna be worst. I don’t wanna say they are racist but they are not good with foreigners. Just barbara Tomassini is a nice and patient and friendly staff. She is different than others.
