I called this branch in Piazza Pio XI a minute before closing time with little hope of anyone answering other than an automated answering machine or the national call center, as often happens. Instead, a friendly employee answered and provided me with all the information I needed. Kudos to them and kudos to their professionalism. Recommended.

I'm talking about Anna Sardarelli: Unicredit has complex procedures that are impossible for a well-educated person, prone to interruptions due to technical problems. I often go to the branch with my problems, which I find insurmountable, and I met a rare, wonderful person who enriched her professional expertise with her attention to customer relations.
