Incredibly touchy. They're just financial advisors; if you mistake them for a FINECO bank branch, they'll make you feel like an intruder. I was devastated, but eventually we cleared things up, and he explained to me that it would be better to make the deposit elsewhere; and that if he doesn't do so, he'll be fired. I'm happy to never go back there again.
I'm sorry, I've been a Fineco customer forever. I went to this branch to open a small business. Annoyance and total indifference—these were the attitudes, both in person and in the email that hasn't been answered. My trust in Fineco hasn't been shaken, but my advice is to be careful because it takes just a few minutes to ruin everything.
