Bankautomat took my mastercard and claimed a technical error. Personnell tried to blame my bank, refused to help in any way. My account was charged anyways.

Bank employees are expected to know what it means to work there... missed appointment... my mother's signature is inoperative because someone forgot to click many years ago... and so on, up until today's request. For the mortgage closing, a movie theater worthy of a Fellini or, better yet, Dario Argento film... absolute incompetence... rudeness and arrogance reign supreme in this branch. Perhaps because the manager is twice as arrogant as the employees, one of whom had the heart to challenge the signature of my mother, a kind 84-year-old lady, because her handwriting wasn't good. Shameful. After two hours of theatrics, I still can't get the mortgage settlement statement... because, with extreme cleverness, they operated the bank transfer first, and therefore the calculations including interest can no longer be done. Too bad the notary waiting for me needs it to finalize the deed of sale for the house. Self-importance and arrogance aren't characteristics of an employee... professionalis

One of the worst branches I've ever seen. I had a problem with the ATM and had to wait for the only person working non-stop (the cashier named Luca). He kept the line moving and intervened at the ATMs, while people waiting complained and some employees (I'm not saying all of them) calmly left the branch to go to the bar, I think, and then calmly returned as if nothing had happened, leaving the only open cash register in chaos.

Never once did the ATM for depositing work during the day 💀

I'm very happy to have changed my location to Largo La Loggia. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Luca was very kind, caring and attentive for me for half an hour.
