What can I say? I went to open an account with some urgency, after several banks found a thousand excuses for not handling it in the middle of summer. I went to this one, and despite the reduced staffing levels due to the holiday period, they were patient enough to open the account and resolve some bureaucratic issues. Thank you so much.

Terrible branch. Rude and disrespectful employees. Every time you have to deal with them, you can be sure they'll send you to the customer service hotline so as not to waste your time. My elderly mother has an account with them. For every problem, I always have to contact customer service, because they never bothered to help her, even when her ATM card was stolen and cloned. If she'd been alone, they would have let her get fleeced. Shame on you.
