One girl i called and said unicredit is only for italian. Racist voice attitude lol
I would like to express and share my complete satisfaction with this branch. The Manager stands out for her exquisite professionalism, expertise, and helpfulness, always attentive to the customer's needs, regardless of the importance of the matter. This quality is conveyed to all the staff: friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to address and resolve any issue. A reliable point of reference, where customers feel truly listened to and cared for, a rare thing in this age of internet banking and artificial intelligence. I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking reliability, attentiveness, and above all, humanity.
I've interacted with the Manager of this UNICREDIT branch (Francesca Camarda) a couple of times and found her to be empathetic, reasonable, and sensible. The first occasion involved a minor issue (receiving a new ATM card), but she worked tirelessly and resolved the situation as best she could. The second occasion (September/October 2025) was a very serious one, as I had been the victim of a scam that had charged a significant amount to my account. The Manager took charge of the matter, updated me periodically on the progress of my case, and kept me informed and called me into the branch for signatures. Fortunately, everything ended well. I felt supported and supported throughout this difficult journey, and I am completely satisfied with the bank's actions.
The lady with long, blonde hair was extremely rude and didn't even bother to help me with an ATM withdrawal, claiming the problem was with my card. I indicated my intention to ask my colleagues in the next room for help, but she prevented me. I'm speechless...
Grumpy and surly staff, no one answers calls. The staff is the only one who speaks, and they think they're the best bank in the world. If it were up to me, they'd even close it down right away, it's so pitiful. I don't know who hired this staff, but it's truly pitiful, they don't even help you and make you look like a fool and an idiot. I had to make 10 calls because no one answered, and now the group has even managed to call me back because I'd made too many calls. Pity, pity, pity.
