Most worse service ever,the women called Arianna the pure devil. She gave me appointment after one month ,when I reach there for my appointment,she said she cancelled it without noticing me and she yelled at me without any reason, before doing your profession first you learn about basic manners and respect . I already put the review but they deleted it

I visited the UniCredit branch and was assisted by an employee named Giovanni Campagna. Unfortunately, she treated me in a very unprofessional manner, and I felt that her behavior contained elements of discrimination. I took a number and waited respectfully for forty minutes. When my number was finally called, I approached her desk, but she greeted me with an unfriendly attitude. When I told her that I speak English, she asked me, “How many years have you been in Italy? Why don’t you speak Italian?” in a mocking tone. She then asked me to leave her counter and go to her colleague instead. However, her colleague Arianna was extremely professional and friendly. She welcomed me with a smile and solved my issue in less than a minute. This contrast made the experience very clear: while one employee made me feel unwelcome, Arianna provided excellent service that truly represented the professionalism I expected.

Mrs Arianna is very helpful, she is always patient, cooperative and kind !!

Such a worst service ever,they gave me an appointment on 24 November @10:00 am ,and I reached there for my appointment,the lady called Arianna behave so badly to me ,I really don't understand,if they don't have appointments or did they cancel something,they are responsible to inform the client,I waited almost one month for this appointment and they behaved so badly to me ,when I asked about the appointment they said they cancel without even noticing me ,As a professional job employee I changed my shift just because for this appointment, worst ever experience, especially that rude Arianna

Arianna is very helpful she is excellent . Amazing lady fantastic service.
