The Tivoli branch asked you to transfer my account to their branch, and you didn't even respond to the email. I tried calling the phone number, and you still don't answer!! The manager doesn't even exist. When are you closing???????

I've been a customer for many years, and I've already experienced some poor service... today I decided to change banks. I waited at the door that wouldn't open (with the green light on), no one answered the doorbell, no notice posted... from inside, after 10 minutes of trying to make myself noticed, they told me they were closed for inspection. Like me, many other customers who arrived during opening hours, without the slightest concern to notify or alert, remained standing for minutes at the door trying to get in. Come back later, I was told. I'll be back to close my account!!

Despite the many complaints from ordinary citizens, this UNICREDIT branch remains open, but what's the point in improving it or closing it permanently? Just remember that ATMs are out of order on Saturdays and Sundays!

Be careful with this bank; it grants loans and then tries to make you pay as many penalties as possible. I personally took out a small loan with automatic withdrawals from my account, which the bank doesn't do. They then hand you over to debt collection agencies that demand extremely high interest rates, blackmailing you into submitting a protest. For a €212 payment, they had the nerve to charge me €159 in interest over three months. The manager refuses to answer the call, and strangely, when you try to make an appointment after a long wait, the line always goes dead. In the Prima Porta branch, there's always only one employee, and the line is unimaginable. Be careful.
