Worst experience don’t deserve even one star . At via lata 4 international branch I had an appointment but when I went there the banker was talking to other clients on my time ,after I waited for more than 30 min she finished with them and when I talk to her she said “I have to take a break now so I can’t talk you”(I am the one who had the appointment) and she didn’t even let me in to the office she was talking me on the corridor then she told me they can’t help me and when I told her I am referred from other branch she even took me as a lier then she called another staff who is the same as her !

This is the worst experience with a bank I ever experienced! I have moved countries and opened accounts in three different countries but this is hands up the worst! I have no words to express my frustration, I want to close the account from three weeks now but no one answers the call Center and if they do the moment I speak English they close the phone without saying anything! They don’t have option for English speaking audio when calling the call Center, and my Italian is not that good! It took them 1 week to reply to my email and I have been coming 3 times to there office 40 minutes away with bus from where I live I came two times with appointment and yesterday the women who I had appointny with told me it’s end of her working day at 2 in the afternoon, she said come at 9 tomorrow guess what she is not here and no one wants to help me. I am sitting in the waiting room for one hour and no one is helping. I am the only person waiting and staff are still drinking coffee going out for sm

This is the worst experience of my life! First of all when I call the customer service in uni credit Center then I ask if they speak English they close the phone without any answer, I understand if you don’t speak English but at least tell me! Second of all they require you to get appoint to come as international customer and then when I came to the branch the they had two people available one of which was opening around and served me I need to wait two hours! Why do I need appointment why do you make people get appointments if you don’t plan or have scheduled them? There was a man who sat and with my broken Italian I understood the conversation as he rejected his colleague to close my accounts! This is the worst experience with a bank!

Incredibly inefficient and slow. My wife had to visit, being 7 and half month pregnant with twins she had to wait 2hours and 30minutes in line, despite there only being six customers waiting. And when asking for the toilet she was told that it was only for staff, no exceptions. I hope the personal didn't get any Christmas presents as they definitely do not deserve it. And yes I have also spent half a day here, just in order to open an account

The bank says can’t find my Money or my accounts when I visit them This branch isn’t answering their email referred by the main website. That’s not a bank service you provide.
