This is one of the worst places and services one can ever see... I've been calling them for weeks and weeks just to take my card and no one replies, They don't reply to emails, If you go there they tell you that you have to make an appointment to even talk.. The employee their that was "supposed" to take care of my card is called Carlo Bertoni, And he never ever ever replies or read the messages, i cannot pay my university tuition because of him and his branch.

I'm giving it one star because of the lack of humanity shown towards me by a bank employee. I have a 70% disability, I went to Umberto Primo for a visit, while I wait I have an urgent need due to my disability, I search the ward and I can't find a bathroom, I ask and no one can tell me where a toilet is, so I think of going into the bank next to the clinic, Banca UNICREDIT, I thought there must be a bathroom, the lady I turn to and explain my need by showing her my disability card at first tells me that the bathroom is private then gives in and tells me to go stay there.....but be careful, behind me comes the "GENIE," SHOUTING ME THAT THE BATHROOM IS PRIVATE AND I CAN'T GO I EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO HIM TOO BUT NOTHING FOR HIM IT'S JUST NO, at that point I was pissing myself I climb the bathroom door and do my business, with him screaming outside, I go out thanking him and I'm about to leave but he continues to vex me, so out of patience I tell him I say if he doesn't stop I'll call th
