Dreadful!! No idea of customer relations - Dir Ferrari and her colleague Ms Santone were not just unhelpful, but also rude, and disrespectful not just to customers, but also to colleagues in another branch (Bracciano). Makes a joke of the bank's boast to be "An on-demand bank where the customer can choose where, how and when they want to be served"
There is no atm outside the building you can access after the unicredit closes
The people are very helpful. Just be patient and things will work out.
