Vouchers for depositing cash outside of opening hours. Terrible because it alarms you. The receipt issued after a large deposit transaction stated "Transaction not completed. Contact branch." This wasn't true; the amount had already been deposited.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would gladly. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They never answer the phone, making everything cumbersome, expensive, and complex. A real disgrace!
This historic bank in Grottaferrata, like many branches, no longer has cash machines. Many transactions can be made at the bank's kiosk online.

In addition to the variable opening hours, today I discovered that the automatic cash register, used for depositing coins, cannot deposit them for unknown reasons, so I will have to go to another agency. It seems to me that there are many employees even if the agency no longer has a cash register. Not recommended
