I have been going to this location for years. Colleen (at the front desk) has been very patient and helpful when it comes to my many questions. Highly recommend.

I would give the service this time a zero star if I could. I was just inquiring about the possible bank statement print-out as it has been done for the past few years, and with other banks too. The guy said they have none of this service. When I raised the question about things being done in the past, he was like if you are going to argue with me then stop talking. He literally walk away without any communication. What a miserable human being in the important customer service position. If you cannot handle the job, go home and take a break.

I had an appointment today at 1:30 PM to update my documents, but when I arrived, there was no staff member assigned or aware of my appointment. I had to wait and ask around, which was frustrating and a waste of time. Very disappointed with the appointment management.

My experience at this branch was very uncomfortable. The security guard constantly walks back and forth, following customers around the lobby and staring at them. It’s the same guard every day, and his behavior makes the banking experience unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, the banking service itself is slow and poorly managed. Overall, I would not recommend this branch.
