Walked into this branch to deposit a cheque. Sizable amount. The branch manager refuses to make my funds immediately available, other than $2000. This dude just made himself obsolete and dragged this branch one step closer to elimination.

I am a new TD customer this year. Helena is my bank advisor and she is super helpful whenever I have any issues. She would try her best to fit our needs and suggesting us the suitable plans. Her presence in this branch definitely worth the 5 stars experience based on my 3 times visits in this year. I have had an inquiry on other branch before this but the advisor never gets back to me nor picking up calls. Helena changed my impression towards TD as she always follow up and responds whenever she's available. She made me feel welcomed at TD even though I could be just a small customer to them.
