TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 490 Riverbend Square Northwest Southwest Edmonton

Bank teller was combative though called me sir the east indian girl insisted on telling me what i was doing wrong then her assistant manager made it worst. He was protecting her and made the situation worse. I think human resources in this bank location needs to improve

Had a meeting with one of the Resp agent --- she gave wrong info in a very confident way. Also the attitude was rude, I think she need to be trained to speak more clearly and with better manners, especially the information should be more accurate, if not sure ,let us know that you are not sure.I checked with other agency to got the correct info after all.

I’ve been dealing with this branch regularly for the past couple of months, they’re overall customer service is far superior to most of the branches in the city. This branch makes me feel like a valued customer unlike a couple of other branches that I’ve been to in the city. Keep up the good work. I’m going to continue driving out of my way to visit this branch.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Only two tellers dealing with two business owners with tons of transactions and a huge lineup, and it seems they don't even care. So mad😡😡😡
