TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 444 Fairview Drive Brantford

Had a solid experience at the TD on Fairview. Karen and Anu were super chill and helped me out right away. No stress, no back-and-forth — they got everything done quick and explained it properly. The manager was calm, respectful, and actually listened. I saw some of the reviews before going in, so I didn’t know what to expect, but honestly the service was smooth. Big shoutout to the team there — real ones.

Worst bank you can possibly go with. I’ve been running my company with these guys for years and everytime I go to the teller to deposit a check they make me wait 5 days to access my own money. Every single time. Also anytime I need to take out cash they make it so hard to have your own money I am beyond sick of these unprofessional people and service. Do not go to these guys unless you want to donate your money to them and not have access to your own hard working money.

During my visit, the manager [explain what happened: rude behaviour, refusal to help, misinformation, unprofessional tone, discrimination, delay, etc.]. This experience caused significant inconvenience and does not reflect the level of service I expect from TD Bank.

One of the worst branch. Do not open any account or anything at this branch. They are very bad at customer service. Too much attitude and not giving right and proper answers is their problem. I would say get a good advisor who will response and right manner and timely fashion who will help with opening new account.

Drive thru ATMs are always broken. If you need to make a deposit , good luck driving downtown to another location.
