Nothing works here ..everything you want to do they change you ..deposits charge,withdraw change,cheque deposits and withdraw they charge you..dont work with this bank not worth it

The worst service ever They block my account without notifications or even an sms, why? Because i didnt renew my eid. And when i renew it, they said it will take 4 to 5 days. In UAE and during aid holiday i dont have access to my own money can you believe this. I dont have option to remove that 1 star because you dont deserve it.

Worst services and disrespectful staff! Wasted my time going to your branch. Once you got what you want to your customer you will just ignore like u got nothing.

I want to give minus rating. Pathetic service by tellers. in 25 Minutes only 3 customers they completed. Unbelievable. Reccomend not to visit this branch and try some other branch.
