One lady in customer service in NBF CR area ABH, she don't know how to assist the CS and she's not professional, hope you teach and to give a more training, how to assist the CS, because like kind of this agent will let CS not be back.
The old branch in salam street just shifted to here. Now its have enough lot of parking for the customers. And also have customer friendly staff . Nice office . You can experince the eazy banking also . Before lot of people are struggling for the parking and also not eazy to quick acess . This branch solved the all issues. But this branch facing only the issue number of tellers is few only. So some time your in que on long time in the feauter may be they will fix the issue. Hope soon
Parking available, customer service personnel was quite expert and welcoming but she was the only customer service personnel. If you have spare half then you can consider this branch.
NBF Block my Account even though I still have Money on the bank for the Reason of transferring to another job.. Emirates NBD / NBAD / Mashreq Provide better service ill ask all my colleague to transfer to one of this bank ..
