I have been waiting here for 20 minutes, there is no tellers, all other employees acting like it is normal, I think yes it is normal to have very bad customer services ? One more thing, it is hard to find a parking outside. I think it is the worst bank experience ever ?.
I visited the Khalidiya branch on 27th September . I am extremely disappointed with their service. I had to wait for 1 hour after taking the token for my turn. And in between counter staff allow others to get in before us. The location itself is very crowded and we will never get parking in that area. Electra branch staff and location were far better than Khalidiya. I requested for a bank statement to send via PO Box 1 month ago and deducted 75 dhs from my account; but I didn't receive the statement till now. Needs to improve your service...
