Excellent Service!!!! I always prefer to visit ADCB Kalidiya mall branch as staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Today was extra special and emotional for me as I am closing my savings account since I am leaving the country for good. I have my current account in other bank, and believe me it took 3 weeks, multiple visits to close my account. But in ADCB, i met today Hussam, he is very helpful and very knowledgeable. It took me less than 3 minutes to close my account, with a full information of when will I receive my Clearance Letter and I will also receive official email from ADCB informing that my account is officially closed. He is such a Gem in your branch! Amazing! Given a chance to come back UAE, there is no doubt I will come back to ADCB, job well done guys!!!
