For over a month I waited for a reply regarding my auto-loan application ''that usually takes less than a week'' , no one has reached out to me, no approval and no rejection was provided, I wasted my time and money and I lost the chance to buy the car I wanted. Very inconvenient experience.

bad experience with adcb. already provide my passport with visa and emirates id card. still they block my account. worst experience with adcb.
