Pathetic service, I have cleared all my dues and loans on 22nd september and also recieved a confirmation message but the bank still refuses to give a clearance letter on may 25th..I will have to complaint to the central bank regarding this issue.
Cash deposit machine and ATM were not working at the time I went there. I drove a long distance crawling through Sharjah traffic to deposit cash just to see dysfunctional and unfixed cash deposit and ATM machines! ?
Of all branches of National Bank of Fujairah, this branch is considered one of the best branches in terms of customer service, reception and speed of completion of transactions. The staff in this branch are always smiling. No matter how crowded it is, the waiting period will be simple because of the speed of the staff in completing transactions for customers.
NO ATM and BRANCH in Ajman. Have to drive to Sharjah for a simple deposit. Will be closing my account.
