Worst experience with this bank, Staff doesn’t know how to treat customers. Too much paper work for simple things in this digitalized world

If you want to be mistreated Please go here. The worst customer care I have ever seen. I wanted to start a simple account, visit-1 brought all the documents needed, they asked me to bring few others as well as asked me to make changes on my salary certificate. fast forward 4 visits to the branch, they again asked me to make changes on salary certificate, frustrated at this point, went to the bank Assistant Manager, told my entire ordeal from 1st visit to my 4rth, instead of helping she said "dont start a account here,Go now" when i said this is not the way to treat your customers, She said "I don't care".She was snacking while she spoke to me (it wasn't lunch time), this clearly shows their professionalism. Left without opening the account, I wonder who hires these people.

The worst bank in the world. For their mistake coming here three times daily 3-4 hours taking. Customer service staff is very cooperative especially counter 5 but teller staff is very bad no words to describe their ill manners and very bad behaviour with the customers. Why people come to this bank? Because we are pushed to come. They are contractors of labor bank guarantees. Insha Allah very soon their shop will close. No more bank guarantees. They don’t deserve even one star.

Waiting 2 hours to see customer services is unbelievable. They are talking and chatting MORE than helping their customers. Worse services ever I’ve seen in my life.

These people are ruthless and even dnt listen to you at all and specially they wont imagin u human have no courtesy and ethics to treat customer.. Reallyhad bad experience on sharjah branch
