I am giving 5 stars only to Miss Mariana, the customer service manager. She is a professional and her attitude towards the customer is so good. If you have any problems with the bank, She will help you to sort it out. She knows the process and policies. I had very bad experiences with some other employees and telephone banking, I finally met her and she solved it as she promised. Thank you madam for your support.

I have been a customer since more than 12 years with this bank. But I found nowadays very poor customer management. And the attitude towards to the customer are becoming not smooth. However I noticed there is only one staff Miss: Mariana Vasile who were friendly with the customer and making them comfortable. Such talent should be placed to make the customer happy and I also noticed that short of staff making us to wait couple of hours for getting simple services.

I visit the branch king Faisal I am very happy with the service provide by Mrs Mariana Vasile . She is very supportive and knowlogible about her job .she is helping all customer . She solve my problems in very good an polite behavior. Thank you rak Bank

I have come so often to the bank but after so many years of experience with different bank I have notice Ms. Mariana Vasile is the most hard working, very attentive to customers problem making sure the customers are sooo value which I never got to experience with any other bank. It’s sad am leaving the bank but having such a person like her for the bank is one in a million. Thankyou sooo much .

Had come to King Faisal branch for updation of information related to credit card. Ms. Mariana Vasile helped me in every possible manner including filling up the forms herself.
