A deplorable experience and treatment completely unbecoming of a bank. I went to this branch to apply for a loan, and the employee flatly refused to process the application, without asking for any documentation whatsoever or conducting any review, simply assuming it would be denied.
This is especially egregious considering that I have had my salary paid into my Bankinter account for four years and have a permanent job—details they didn't even bother to ask about. The treatment was cold, condescending, and utterly lacking in empathy, to the point that I left the branch in tears.
It's not about whether a loan is approved or not, but about the complete lack of professionalism, the prejudgment without analysis, and the utter absence of any human touch. This experience will lead me to immediately close my account with this bank.
There's a lady at the entrance who does what she can. The rest is deplorable in terms of service and treatment. Poor manners, condescension, and ridiculous excuses.
Unfortunately, in these thieving times we live in, it's unbelievable that a customer goes for help and has to make a scene because the employees, who are just like the ones we're paying, EMPLOYEES, treat us with arrogance and lack of humility. We're all the same; you don't own the bank. Treat those of us who come here without any knowledge with a little humanity. We've all been through crises; you don't deserve even one star, especially these employees. When you call to offer us loans and insurance, then you really have humility!
Very slow service. After 30 minutes of waiting with only one person in front of us while the employees discussed how the World Cup had gone. Disastrous in every way.
