I am very satisfied with the service from the entire team, especially Juan José, the director. They have provided my company with every possible resource and have always offered me attentive and personalized service.

Both the manager and the rest of the staff are highly professional and even better people. The only downside, if I had to mention one, is that the ATM is inside the office. The upside: you can withdraw cash from a multitude of ATMs without any fees.

Unbelievable! Testimonial... We switched from Evo Banco to Bankinter. I'm having a problem right after the migration. They told me to wait until the migration was complete to file a complaint and get it resolved. I went to the branch—I'll explain why I say "I'll explain" in a moment. Anyway, the assistant manager told me that since my problem happened with Evo Banco, it was their responsibility. I said, "Ma'am, Evo has closed, but you migrated your account to us." I asked, "Can I have a complaint form?" And he said he didn't have one. I told him it was the law, and he said they had a website where I could file a complaint... SO WHY GO T

When I told the manager, Juan José Gamonales Azpuro, that I was from Don Benito, he asked me why I was working at a bank in Mérida instead of Don Benito. He said it was because there isn't a Bankinter branch in Don Benito. It's regrettable and sad that a bank has this man as its manager. I don't recommend anyone do business with this branch.
