Bankinter 6 Carrer Almirante Antequera Santa Pola

I wanted to share our excellent opinion of this Bank, given we do not really understand the few bad comments. We heard about them when we wanted to open a bank account in Santa Pola, a Bank that would not charge too much to non-Spanish residents. They came recommended by a local lawyer, and my husband and I are so happy we opened our account with them. They are very friendly, open, answer all our questions and problems as we do not know how Spanish banks work from abroad, and even answer by email, which NEVER happens in Belgium, even at the biggest banks !! Truly very happy with their real customers service, very helpful always ! L & C

I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service, management, and attention I received. I must say that the Santa Pola office, thanks to Mónica, is an outstanding employee—efficient, quick, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. Mónica is incredible, a gem the bank should definitely consider, as we customers are very happy thanks to her management. *Carmen* is equally excellent—super competent, kind, and resourceful. As for Alejandra, her kindness, impeccable management, and exceptional service are truly delightful. *I don't know the management, but this staff deserves to be valued and thanked. I want to tell the bank that they are the reason customers continue to rely on their services and trust. Thank you so much because your management and service couldn't be better. Lack of seriousness and unprofessionalism. I applied a month ago to open an account. After accepting the terms and submitting all the required documentation, they told me the system was displaying an error (supposedly because I had initiated the account opening process on the website). They told me they would check with technical support and contact me. A month later, not a single call or email, even after applying several times. A botched bank.

I don't recommend them. I called to ask for information about my EVO accounts that are being transferred to Bankinter in 2 days and they know nothing and gave me no information.
