The worst of the worst. This office never wants to solve anything for you. All they tell you is to call telephone banking. The manager they supposedly have couldn't care less about the emails you send; he doesn't read them. Every time I have to go to another office where, coincidentally, they can do the procedures that they supposedly can't. Oh, and don't even think about asking for financial advice because they don't know anything. They have very little desire to work.

Please do not trust their advice or their products. I took out a fixed-term deposit they recommended, and after six months I've lost almost €5,000. Since when do you lose money on a fixed-term deposit? Your money is supposed to be safe, so why don't they tell you that you can lose it? It's a disaster.

Terrible. I went to the bank to ask for a small loan and they told me I had to do it by phone. So I called, they said they'd put me through to my account manager, I waited an hour, then another colleague answered saying he was busy, and without even speaking to me they told me they couldn't give it to me, even though I hadn't sent any documents for them to review. Speechless, a disgrace of a bank

The worst bank by far. I used to be an EVO customer, and it worked perfectly. They forced us to switch to this garbage. The app and website are useless; it's mission impossible to find out what you've spent, and charges are made whenever they feel like it, without any warning. I went to the branch to ask, and they told me I had to do it by phone. I've called four times to speak to a machine that doesn't solve anything at all, and the security card is prehistoric. I suppose the people who work in the branch are just there to warm the place. As soon as I can, I'm closing the account, and that's it.

The worst bank ever. I had money available in my account, I withdrew it, and now they're demanding it back. How is that possible? Yes, folks, it's the worst bank there is.
