Bankinter 109 Avinguda del Rei Jaume I Santa Ponça

I never write reviews and understand the power they have so i really hope this might help others avoid dealing with the mortgage department at Bankinter Santa Ponsa. I have been with them for 5 years without any issues although during that time their service has gone from good to terrible. The mortgage product had so many extra fees (12,000 euro fee for the fact the interest rate has decreased since i took out the mortgage!) which I was never informed about when taking the mortgage and having already instructed Bankinter I was selling my property they renewed my annual life and house insurance policies (over 3000Euro) only for me to be told a few weeks later they will not reimburse pro rata!! Crazy. I am so glad I will not be dealing with this incompetent mortgage department ever again. Stay clear of this branch.

If you are a non resident and want to open a bank account, this is the one for you. Professional and helpful staff. They don't force the customers into signing things like a health insurance (at CaixaBank you must sign expensive insurances). I highly recommend this bank.

I can assure you that in this office, you'll receive incredibly kind and friendly service. They listen to you at all times, find solutions to the problems you raise, and this office has something that many offices and organizations have lost: the humanity and understanding shown by the staff—Virginia, Vanessa, and Cristina—who are exceptionally professional and kind. Very poor service and lack of willingness to help...you'll waste several days going to the bank for trivial matters...I've never had this happen with reputable banks like BBVA or La Caixa...I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...only as a last resort

I do not recommend this bank to anyone. The workers are incompetent and rude and will not help you in any way. Caixa is better.
