The way this company operates is a complete disgrace, it's like something out of the Third World. We're long-time Evo customers and after several months we still can't access our accounts, which are locked because we don't have the infamous coordinate card. To make matters worse, after waiting on hold for over an hour – they don't even answer, they're completely overwhelmed – they give you a phone number where they're supposedly going to sort everything out, and imagine our surprise when it's in English! I'm warning you because as soon as we resolve these issues, we're leaving this company, not to mention the exorbitant charges of up to €70 for maintaining a card we don't even use. I can't give it zero stars or negative ratings. I hope this experience helps you.

My experience with Bankinter has been terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this bank. I've been with them for two months and I'm already having problems. And if you don't have enough money, they put you in the red. It's a disgrace of a bank. I switched banks and everything is going great, but Bankinter is anything but good.
