Went to open account and they excused. "We can't open account because NADRA isn't opened today". Matlb yar kch bhi ?♂️.
Worst professionalism. Worst communication. Slow as snail. Misguidance. I don't even know how they are even running this branch. Been a month and they have been lying, misguiding me about account opening and unresponsive. They don't attend calls.
Expect everything other than professionalism and courteous behaviour from the operational manager. Word customer relationship management sounds quite unfamiliar to him.
Hello sir or madam I been yesterday ubl bahria town Islamabad for money withdraw but they got lonely 1 counter is open service is very slow and some your staff give to VIP service to other people with out token I got a token no 143 ,I am not from Pakistan I am from United kingdom.
