Very bad experience, they dont have proper arrangement for customers. I went for opening an bank account for first time with all required documents then firstly they made me wait for 3 hours literally, whenever i ask them for my work, they just replied “Sir abhi apka process kr rhy hain”. In the end they said come tomorrow i went tomorrow they said sir you’re late, yaar 1-2Pm bje konsa late hota hai bhaiee?? Kahir kal mera 6-7 chakr tha bank mai or believe me they haven’t managed to open my bank account till yet. I opened my bank account in MEZAAN BANK they just took only 1-2 hours. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK
I am giving them one star because we have a office near them and we do ISO Certification ,when ever i go to deposit Utility bills of my home they clearly say that they only accept bahria town and DHA Bills . I don,t think there is such instruction by State Bank of Pakistan. I prefer to go there first because other banks are far way.
